Behind every EU project is a coordinator — and ours is Consulta Europa, based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain ?? Consulta Europa is a consultancy specialised in smart, social, and sustainable EU-funded projects, with a proven track record in Erasmus+, Interreg, and Horizon programmes across youth, research, innovation, and territorial development. Within YouthSOFTPOWER, Consulta Europa leads as: ?️ Project Coordinator — overseeing consortium management, partner communication, and delivery across all 6 organisations from 5 countries ✅ Quality Assurance Manager — monitoring progress and ensuring that all outputs meet the highest standards ? Visual Identity Lead (WP1) — responsible for the project's branding, templates, and communication materials From hosting the Kick-off Meeting in November 2025 to coordinating the first transnational meeting in Greece this April, Consulta Europa keeps the partnership aligned and the project on track. We're proud to have them leading the way. ?

That's why we're developing: A Youth Advocacy Guide — practical tools to translate the SDGs into local action ODA–SDG Campaign Templates — ready-to-use resources for youth-led awareness campaigns Youth-led podcasts — amplifying young voices on global justice and sustainability A free multilingual e-learning platform — covering SDG awareness, inclusion, and European values Because the future of sustainable development starts with informed, empowered youth. The ROMA-GEM journey continues! ?
As part of WP3, we are currently focusing on the final preparation phase before implementation. ? What’s happening now? ? Training and mentoring materials are being finalised ? Activities are being carefully structured and aligned ? Tools are being adapted to meet participants’ real needs This stage ensures that everything is in place to deliver meaningful, inclusive and impactful experiences in the next phase. Step by step, we are building a strong foundation for empowering young Roma women through mentoring and training. ? Stay connected and follow our progress!
The ROMA-GEM project is moving forward into Phase III – WP3, marking the next important step in our journey. ?
Following the development of the Training Curriculum and the Mentoring Toolkit, we are now focusing on preparing these resources for their upcoming implementation. At this stage, our partners are working on: ✨ Refining training and mentoring content ✨ Structuring upcoming activities and sessions ✨ Ensuring all tools are ready for effective use with participants This phase is crucial in transforming project results into well-prepared, high-quality learning and mentoring experiences. We are getting ready to take the next step — bringing these tools closer to young Roma women aged 14–25. Stay tuned as we continue shaping the next phase of ROMA-GEM!
The ROMA-GEM project is moving forward with the creation of one of its most important outcomes: the Training Curriculum for young Roma women.
As part of Phase II, our partners are designing a comprehensive learning programme focused on: ? Social entrepreneurship ? Digital entrepreneurship ? Ecological and green entrepreneurship The curriculum is being carefully tailored based on the needs identified during the project's research phase, ensuring that the training responds to real challenges and opportunities faced by young Roma women aged 14–25. Our goal is simple but powerful: To provide the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to transform ideas into sustainable initiatives and future career opportunities. These intellectual outputs will soon pave the way for the next stage of the project — direct implementation with participants and mentors.
